1. SIGNAGE: I place a blue and good Principal Trust Realtors sign, with flyer box on the property. I post directional arrows guiding prospective buyers to drive by your property.
2. RMLS:I immediately enroll your property in the Multiple Listing Service of Oregon/SW Washington providing a full written detail on your home along with photographs. I also make sure that your home is electronically placed in the MLS website. This exposes the property to over 6,500 sales agents, and many, many, more buyers.
3. STAGING: I will spend time with you providing useful ideas on how to make your home stand out above the competition and show at its very best.
4. HOME WARRANTY: As part of my services I place a 2-10 Home Warranty on all of my listings. This offers a competitive advantage over homes without a service agreement
5. LOCKBOX ACCESS: I place an electronically monitored lockbox on your property for convenient Realtor access. This will increase your showings.
6. INTERNET: GALINA KOVALENKO and PRINCIPAL TRUST REALTORS both have a presence on the Internet. I market your home in full color, 24 hours a day to buyers. I have over 15 sites where buyers and sellers can view my listings including: GalinaSells.com, PrincipalTrustRealtors.com, point2homes.com, rmls.com, and Realtor.com.
7. DIRECT MAIL CAMPAGN: A copy of my listing is included in all of my mailings, reaching 150+ people per week throughout the Metro Area and SW Washington.
8. FLYERS: I design a full color flyer that highlights the features of your home. I use these flyers inside the property as well as full color outside in the flyer box. My flyer boxes are stocked until your home is SOLD. I also install a laminated label/flyer on the outside of the flyer box so that prospective purchasers can always get facts about your property.
9. HOMEBOOK: I prepare a book that gives detailed information about your property. This includes the flyer, MLS printout, property disclosures, and as many pictures and room descriptions as possible.

I use several advertising mediums and select the ones that will give the greatest impact for your home.

PAST CLIENTS:
My client base of satisfied past customers makes for a rich source of buyers and referral buyers. I continually stay in touch with my client base, to ensure this flow of business.
12. BROKER'S TOUR: I schedule this tour for the first Tuesday or Wednesday your home is listed with me. This tour is for all the realtors in this area and is a great opportunity for me to receive feedback about your home and to allow other agents to preview your home for their potential buyers.
13. OPEN HOUSES: I will discuss and schedule open houses for you. Typically I will do one open house and depending on turn out, we will then discuss if it would be advatageous to do more.
14. FEEDBACK: I will follow up on showings, and get feedback from them and their agents. This will helps us to evaluate if we are hitting the target group of buyers.
15. WEEKLY CONTACT: I contact you at least once a week to discuss feedback from other agents, any comments or questions you may have, and/or any market condition changes that have an effect on your home sale.
16. YOUR INTEREST: I will represent and negotiate for you on all contracts presented making sure all the details are covered and your interest are protected.
17. SUPPORT: I handle all the paperwork involved in a transaction and I am committed to making certain all aspects of the sale are handled smoothly and efficiently.
